Now Hiring: Accounts Receivable Specialist| Independence, OH | Direct Hire | Up to $65K

LHH is actively recruiting on behalf of a well-established company in Independence, OH, for a full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist. This is a direct hire opportunity for a candidate with strong experience in construction accounting and large ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounts receivable including invoicing, cash applications, and collections.
• Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to ensure accurate billing and timely payments.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies using ERP systems such as SAP, Viewpoint, or CMiC.
• Generate aging reports and support month-end close processes.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and construction-specific financial regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of accounts receivable experience in the construction industry.
• Proficiency with large ERP systems (SAP, Viewpoint, CMiC, or similar).
• Strong understanding of job costing, lien waivers, and AIA billing formats.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
