Job Description:

This position is responsible for coordinating and executing ambulatory pharmacy departmental strategies that do not require licensure as a pharmacist. As a pharmacy technician, this position will require staffing to gain knowledge in current workflows. The individual in this role should be able to work on multiple projects concurrently and be able to prioritize work based on departmental value while adhering to a project timeline. This position will be responsible for evaluating a variety of business-related decisions, presenting professional recommendations to department leadership and executing on the concluded strategy. The individual in this position must be able to effectively lead multi-site and multi-disciplinary teams to implement departmental and system projects.

Education Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related field.

No certification/licensure required.
