Job Description

1. 负责公司安全管理制度的制定、实施与监督，确保各项安全措施有效落实。 2. 组织开展安全风险评估与隐患排查，制定应急预案并定期组织演练。 3. 管理安保团队，包括人员排班、培训、考核及日常行为规范监督。 4. 协调处理突发事件，及时上报并配合相关部门进行调查与处置。 5. 监督安防设施的运行与维护，确保监控系统、门禁系统等设备正常运作。 6. 与政府相关职能部门保持良好沟通，确保企业安全管理工作符合法律法规要求。 1. 大专及以上学历，安全管理、公共管理或相关专业优先。 2. 具备3年以上企业安全管理相关工作经验，有大型企业或物业安保管理经验者优先。 3. 熟悉国家安全生产、消防、治安等相关法律法规及政策要求。 4. 持有注册安全工程师或相关资格证书者优先考虑。 5. 具备较强的组织协调能力、应急处理能力和团队管理能力。 6. 能够熟练使用办公软件，具备良好的书面表达和沟通能力。 Don't quite meet every single requirement, but still believe you'd be a great fit for the job?
