This role isnt about sitting on the sidelines. Youll be in the trenchesleading, coaching, and developing the next generation of six-figure closers.

What Youll Actually Be Doing:

• Spend 80% of your time in the fieldcoaching, leading, and driving results
• Train new reps from day one through full onboarding and ongoing development
• Reinforce KPI expectations and keep your team locked into performance
• Cross-train reps across roofing, siding, windows, and moreown product versatility
• Spot skill gaps and coach your reps through them with accountability and feedback
• Build out the systems and training processes that will scale with us
• Help develop a leadership pipeline that supports the companys next chapter
