Our team is currently seeking a creative and passionate Interior Designer with a minimum of 7 years’ experience who will be responsible for independently managing residential design projects through all phases of the process: design concept, budgeting/schedules, development of program documents, space planning concepts, researching, selecting, and specifying furniture, fixtures, finishes and accessories. You would take a lead role working with construction teams, and present for site visits. Documentation of architectural technical drawings and design details is a must, while maintaining exemplary client communication and satisfaction.
The ideal candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Photoshop. High end residential, hospitality, and multifamily design expertise is a plus.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design preferred
7+ years’ experience working with an Interior Design firm
Experience taking a lead role on residential design projects
Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp is required; Working in rendering software is a plus
