GCHS is looking for a
Behavioral Health Care Coordinator Medical Assistant who is motivated to provide strategies and planning to improve health promotion outreach focused on mental health and substance abuse disorders, treatment, screening and services and connecting patients to needed social determinants of health resources. This individual will also assist with examination and treatment of patients under direction of Providers in the clinic setting.
