As a Business Insurance Position - State Farm Agent Team Member with Zach Jaworski - State Farm Agent, you will successfully market the business products that manage everyday risks. Your proficient knowledge of business products reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their financial options. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain business insurance client relationships.
• Assess business insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals to business clients.
• Assist clients with policy renewals and claims.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ years of experience in business insurance sales.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of commercial insurance products.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Self-motivated
• Detail oriented
• Proactive in problem solving
• Dedicated to customer service
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
