Job Title: Senior Data Integration / Business Intelligence (BI) Developer

Location: Saint Louis, MO (Onsite)

Job Type: Long-Term Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Integration / BI Developer to join our team in Saint Louis, MO. This position plays a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust data integration and business intelligence solutions. You will work closely with IT, architecture teams, business analysts, and report developers to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and BI teams to gather and analyze data requirements.
• Design and implement scalable data integration solutions using ETL/ELT methodologies and UNIX scripting .
• Write complex SQL scripts to extract, transform, and load data in enterprise data warehouses.
• Work extensively with Amazon Redshift and at least one of: Teradata, Snowflake, Oracle, or SQL Server .
• Design and optimize fact and dimension data models to support reporting and analytics.
• Develop ad-hoc reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data quality and performance issues.
• Collaborate with technical architects to enforce best practices in data integration and modeling.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Lead project deliverables, coordinate meetings, and ensure alignment between business and technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience writing complex SQL in enterprise data warehouse environments, including at least two of the following:
• Teradata
• Snowflake
• Oracle
• SQL Server
• Amazon Redshift
• 7+ years of experience in data integration using UNIX scripting and ETL methodologies .
• 7+ years of experience designing fact and dimension models and implementing data visualization solutions .
• 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise-level IT and BI solutions .
• 5+ years of experience in project management , stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks.
• Knowledge of tools such as Informatica , Talend , or Apache Airflow .
