Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and maintained to the highest standards. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and an eye for detail, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning products and techniques to ensure the best results without damaging vehicle surfaces.
• Conduct detailing services such as vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and cleaning upholstery.
• Inspect vehicles for any damage or issues that need attention and report findings to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered.
• Assist with window tinting services as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive detailing or car wash services is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques and products used in automotive care.
• Experience in janitorial or custodial roles is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for test-driving vehicles when necessary.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship are essential for success in this role.
