Clinical Research Coordinator – Houston, TX (Local Candidates Only)

We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs) to join our team in Houston, TX. This role involves managing and coordinating clinical trials at physician practices. We’re looking for passionate professionals who are driven by meaningful work and have a strong background in clinical research.

Note: Only local candidates with prior CRC experience will be considered. No sponsorship is available.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the successful execution of clinical trials through all phases: enrollment, maintenance, and close-out.
• Perform research procedures in compliance with study protocols and in collaboration with the Principal Investigator (PI).
• Act as a liaison between physicians, study sponsors , and Biopharma Informatics' team.
• Meet or exceed enrollment targets for assigned clinical studies.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into electronic systems.
• Resolve data queries promptly to meet project timelines .
• Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) , company SOPs, and all applicable laws and industry standards.
• Maintain adherence to internal policies and external healthcare and research regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous Clinical Research Coordinator experience is mandatory (3+ years preferred)
• Phlebotomy certification or verifiable experience is required
• Rheumatology experience is strongly preferred
• Must have reliable transportation and be flexible to travel between sites (Katy, HRAS, and RC)
• Occasional travel may be required to investigator meetings
• Full-time position
