Are you detail-oriented, great with numbers, and passionate about solving problems? Join our team as a Collections Specialist , where you'll play a key role in managing customer accounts, resolving billing issues, and ensuring financial accuracy across departments.

• Manage assigned customer accounts, ranging from medium to complex, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding balances.
• Run and format daily reports using internal systems to monitor account status and productivity.
• Maintain and update account balance spreadsheets with customized reporting metrics.
• Serve as the primary contact between customers and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
• Collaborate with billing and operations departments to investigate invoice errors and implement corrective actions.
• Document all account activity in financial systems for transparency and management review.

What You Bring

• Strong communication skills, especially via email and phone.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and data entry.
• Experience in collections , invoicing , or logistics is a plus.
• Familiarity with Oracle or similar ERP systems preferred.
• A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
