We have a growing, high-impact Real Estate & Finance Group that handles all asset classes: multifamily, retail, office, healthcare, industrial, mixed use, etc. We pride ourselves on providing practical, thoughtful legal advice that integrates real estate, financing, environmental, tax, development, leasing, joint ventures, and more.

We are seeking a sharp, transactional real estate attorney who is passionate about real estate deals, leases, acquisition/disposition, financings, joint ventures, and structuring complex transactions. You will work alongside senior partners in Real Estate & Finance, collaborating across disciplines, contributing immediately, and growing into increasingly responsible roles.

What you'll do here:

• Negotiate, draft, and review commercial real estate documents, including leases (office, retail, industrial, mixed-use), purchase & sale agreements, financing documents, joint venture agreements, sale-leasebacks, development and ground lease documents.
• Conduct and manage due diligence (title, survey, environmental, zoning & land use, regulatory).
• Advise clients on strategy, risk, and legal & business implications of real estate transactions, including financing and tax considerations.
• Coordinate with internal teams: tax, environmental & regulatory, real estate litigation (if needed) to provide holistic solutions.
• Ensure timeliness, cost effectiveness, and responsiveness in closing deals.
• Mentor more junior attorneys / associates as needed; take leadership on transactions.

Job Details

What you'll need:

• Member of the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing.
• 3-6+ years (or more if senior level) of experience in transactional real estate: leasing, acquisitions/dispositions, real estate finance, joint ventures, commercial financing, etc.
• Strong, clear legal drafting and negotiation skills; ability to handle complex documents and structures.
• Solid understanding of zoning, land use, regulatory compliance, environmental and tax issues relevant to real estate.
• High attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously, meet deadlines, communicate clearly with clients.
