CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
Commercial General Contractor – Pittsburgh, PA
Salary: 120,000–140,000 + Benefits + Bonus
A leading commercial general contractor in Pittsburgh is looking for a strong Project Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants ownership, autonomy and long-term career growth with a reputable GC.
About the Role
You will manage commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget and quality are delivered to the highest standard. You’ll work closely with clients, design teams, subcontractors and field staff while representing the company as a trusted project leader.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead day-to-day project operations from planning through turnover
• Manage schedules, budgets, RFIs, subcontracts and procurement
• Coordinate closely with superintendents and field teams
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure project satisfaction
• Oversee change orders, cost control, project reporting and risk management
• Support preconstruction, estimating and early project planning
Ideal Background
• Experience managing commercial construction projects
• Strong understanding of ground-up, interiors or renovation work
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive performance
• Proficiency in project management software such as Procore or similar
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities
