Through a focus on systems development, data-driven planning, and strategic evaluation, the program aims to help organizations expand their impact, improve service delivery, and create lasting change in underserved communities. Member Duties : The AmeriCorps member will build the capacity of Hidden Halos Kingdom Assets, Inc. by strengthening its data infrastructure and supporting data-informed decision-making. Over the course of the service year, the member will assess current data systems, develop tools for tracking digital engagement, and support evaluation processes that enhance program effectiveness. They will create dashboards, define performance indicators, and implement sustainable data workflows that align with the organization’s goals. The member will also facilitate knowledge transfer by training staff, documenting processes, and creating a sustainability guide to ensure the long-term use of new systems. Through these efforts, the member will help the organization better measure its impact, adapt its strategies, and ultimately expand its reach in the community.
