Part-Time Data Entry Operator |$19.00| Part-Time : 20 hours a week /Contract

Job Description

One of the premier Healthcare organizations is seeking a Data Entry Operator to provide data entry and maintain data. Submit your resume and see what opportunities are available for you!

Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry and verification to convert coded information into digital formats
• Transfer data from legacy systems into new databases
• Review data for accuracy and report discrepancies to management
• Ensure all required information is complete prior to entry
• Scan, print, file, and organize source documents for recordkeeping
• Maintain confidentiality in compliance with state and federal privacy laws
• Generate weekly and monthly data entry progress reports
• Assist with software updates and train new staff on data entry procedures

Qualifications and Requirements:

• One (1) to three (3) years of experience working with Data Entry software and maintaining detailed information.
• Strong understanding of office computer systems and software.
• Experience maintaining a professional level of privacy in accordance with HIPAA or other relevant regulations.
• Must have a high-level diploma or GED.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $19.00/hr. not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
