The Role

Were hiring friendly, motivated Dental Assistants to join local dental offices near you. Youll support clinical teams, assist with patient care, and help create a positive experience for every patient. Whether youre new to the field or already have experience, well help you grow and thrive. No experience necessary to apply, but pay increases based on your experience level.

What Youll Do

• Assist dentists during procedures.
• Prep and clean treatment rooms.
• Take X-rays (training available).
• Record and update patient information.
• Sterilize tools and maintain a clean workspace.
• Support front-desk check-in and scheduling.
• Share post-treatment care tips with patients.
• Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and safety guidelines.

What You Need

• High school diploma or GED.
• Great communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a willingness to learn.
• Background check and valid drivers license.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

• Dental Assisting Certification.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English).
