We are a successful dual-unit burger chain seeking a Director of Operations (DO) to standardize our current units and lead our rapid growth. This is a crucial, high-impact role for an entrepreneurial leader who thrives on execution and consistency.

T he Role in a Nutshell:

• New Store Openings: Own the launch and execution process for all new units, ensuring efficient, profitable openings.
• Systems Creation: Design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for high-volume consistency across all restaurants.
• Commissary Management: Oversee commissary production standards, quality control, and streamlined logistics and distribution .
• Team & Culture: Recruit, mentor, and coach General Managers. Actively promote and protect our positive, high-accountability company culture .
• P&L Mastery: Drive profitability by controlling labor, food costs, and optimizing efficiency.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years in multi-unit QSR/Fast-Casual Operations leadership.
• Proven experience in new restaurant openings (3+ units preferred).
• Experience with centralized kitchen/commissary operations.
• Expertise in P&L analysis and cost control.
• A strong passion for building teams and fostering a winning culture.
