SUMMARY:
The Director of Talent Acquisition will lead and manage our organization's recruitment efforts and strategy for high volume recruitment. This role involves close collaboration with senior leadership to ensure our talent acquisition goals align with the credit union's overarching strategic objectives and growth goals.
Key responsibilities for this position include improving efficiencies within our current Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment processes. The Director will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for enhancements, including the effective integration of AI into our recruitment practices. Furthermore, this role will involve facilitating the development of advanced analytics, identifying innovative outreach solutions, and recommending effective external assessment tools.
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) a plus.
8+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership / management role.
Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and working with senior leadership to align hiring strategies with organizational goals.
Strong background in leveraging data analytics to drive decisions and improve recruitment strategies.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software, with a focus on optimization and process improvement
ATS System knowledge and experience required. Experience with UKG Dimensions a plus.
Strong MS Word, PPT with intermediate Excel Skills for analytics
JOB DUTIES: Lead Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to meet the current and future hiring needs of the credit union. Partner with senior leadership to understand organizational goals and ensure recruitment efforts align with business priorities.
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team. Provide guidance and coaching on best practices for candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
High-Volume Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process for both high-volume and specialized roles, ensuring that all positions are filled with the best talent in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Enhance ATS and Metrics: Assess, optimize, and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process. Develop, implement, and track recruitment metrics to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
Candidate Experience: Create and maintain an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the values of the credit union. Ensure a seamless process from initial contact through to hiring, enhancing engagement and employer brand.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to identify talent gaps and ensure an understanding of specific hiring needs, preferences, and qualifications required.
Analytics & Reporting: Leverage data to assess recruitment effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend adjustments to improve efficiency and quality. Provide regular reports to senior leadership on recruitment performance, diversity efforts, and team success.
Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and legal requirements during the recruitment process, maintaining best practices for equal employment opportunity and diversity.

The good faith range for this position is $135,000-$160,000 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
