The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for setting and leading the strategic direction and delivery of the organization-wide talent acquisition efforts. This position will manage the team of Talent Acquisition Specialists in multiple locations, also participate in full-life cycle recruitment, creative sourcing for the best talent for the company, as well as create and maintain creative and effective marketing approaches for the best talent. Responsibilities Participate in organizational strategic planning for talent acquisition to meet company-wide growth, across multiple businesses and locations. Enhance and deliver efficient hiring process including defined metrics focused to minimize overall time-to-fill. Develop appropriate marketing strategies, while minimizing cost-per-hire. Serve as a business partner with leadership and hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies that result in client satisfaction. Develop effective relationships within the organization and the hiring community to have influence and impact on the recruiting process and hiring. Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to collect and coordinate aggregate data for talent pool and translate those data into insights through data analysis that drives deliberate action plans at the appropriate levels. Create and maintain an environment of equal employment opportunity, diversity and competitive advantage in support of the company's diversity and inclusion strategic plan. Define roles and responsibilities of hiring team. Collaborate with the fellow HR team and management to ensure job descriptions are current and accurately reflect the roles and responsibilities of the various positions. Participate in presentations and training. Recruit full-time, part-time, temporary, contractual and interns. Manage full life cycle recruitment (post, source, prescreen, schedule, background, references, offer, onboarding, etc.). Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates. Manage the process of job changes, promotions, lateral moves, etc. in concert with fellow HR business partners. The above duties are meant to be representative of the position and not all-inclusive. Qualifications

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, preferred. Minimum 7 years of recent talent acquisition management experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Recent experience recruiting in multiple disciplined areas and levels, including hiring for nonexempt, exempt and leadership positions. Experience working with iCIMS applicant tracking system. Previous experience in capturing metrics and producing various staffing reports. Experience in all areas of sourcing such as the internet, social media, networking, employee referrals, job posting, as well as conducting open houses and virtual job fairs. Broad HR experience, preferred. Superior verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Excellent interpersonal, counseling, and negotiation skills. Strong presentation skills and leadership skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
