The Assistant Company has been hired by young executive couple to find an experienced, energetic, hands-on Domestic Couple for their extremely busy newly contructed Estate (40,000 sq. ft.). This would be a live-in position, the Domestic Couple will be provided a 3,000 sq. ft. private residence. Salary $170k - $200k

Please note: For the Domestic Couple we are looking for an experienced Housekeeper, Cook and Household Manager / Groundskeeper (or any combination) ...who are physically fit enough to handle the demands of a large 40,000 sq. ft. property.

Outdoors: dealing with vendors, power washing patio, taking care of vehicles, etc.

Indoors: server, fireplaces, electronics, etc).

Must have the following skills:

• Professional knowledge of detailed cleaning/care of fine furniture, art, antiques, china, silver, crystal, rugs/upholstery and knowledge of the correct cleaning products for each task.

• Laundering/ironing of high-quality clothing and use of correct products.

• Greeting guests. Responsible for food and beverage preparation. Serving skills also required at a high level.

• Must be a detail orientated ‘multi tasker’ capable of training, scheduling, supervising and monitoring housekeeping staff throughout multiple locations.

• Ability to troubleshoot, problem solve and interact with vendors to ensure household systems functioning.

• Stock taking, household shopping and errands.

• Monitoring, purchasing and flower arranging orchids, or seasonal garden flowers, throughout all properties.

• Pet care including monitoring medications, feeding, scheduling grooming and frequent exercise.

• Compiling/updating Housekeeping Manual outlining all tasks to be completed by housekeeping team in each location to the same high standard.

• Travel with the family as needed.

• Flexible Monday through Friday with some weekends and evenings.

• Must be eligible to work in the US.

• Must have your own vehicle and a clean driving record. • Must be a non-smoker.

• Must be proficient in email/text communications.

• Must speak perfect English. Speaking/understanding Spanish a plus.
