Position OverviewAs an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative , you will be the face of our company at live events, brand activations, and community outreach programs. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with the public, want hands-on experience in customer service and event marketing, and are eager to grow into leadership and specialized roles.
No prior experience is required. We provide paid training, mentorship, and real-world event experience to help you build a successful career.
Key ResponsibilitiesEngage and interact with attendees, donors, and participants at live events and community programs.
Deliver professional, friendly, and approachable customer service.
Share campaign and fundraising information, answering questions confidently.
Assist with event setup, breakdown, logistics, and on-site support.
Build positive relationships with community members, supporters, and partners.
Maintain a high-energy, welcoming, and professional environment at all events.
