Residential Cleaner (Independent Contractor)

What We're Looking For:
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of residential cleaning (required).
Professionalism: Punctual, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
Communication: Must be responsive via text/call and communicate clearly.
Independence: Must be comfortable working on your own.
Transportation & Equipment:
Reliable car
Valid driver’s license
Smartphone for communication and scheduling
Must provide your own cleaning equipment
Key Responsibilities:
Perform standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings.
Deliver high-quality service that exceeds client expectations
Communicate professionally with clients (English required)
Follow sanitation standards and maintain safe cleaning practices
Manage time effectively to complete time-based cleanings
Teamwork and Schedule:
Most cleaning jobs are performed solo, but larger jobs may require teamwork
Must be available to work between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
