Responsibilities include guiding customers through the sales process from appraisal to test drives and financing applications, completing all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions. The role offers a competitive wage during training and the first 640 hours of selling, after which commissions become the primary pay. This is a high energy sales environment where teamwork is essential to meet goals. No prior auto sales experience is necessary as paid training and a personal sales mentor are provided. Candidates should have sales and customer service experience, good listening skills, strong customer focus, and high self-motivation. Night and weekend availability is required.
