Location: Shepherdsville, KY
Schedule: 1st Shift | Sunday - Wednesday or Wednesday - Saturday
Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
About the Forklift Operator Role
Crown Staffing is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Forklift Operator with Cherry Picker and Reach Truck experience for a growing distribution facility in Shepherdsville, KY. The ideal candidate will have proven experience operating powered industrial trucks (PIT), maintaining accuracy in order selection, and following all safety and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities

• Operate Cherry Picker and Reach Truck equipment to move and store products efficiently.
• Locate and identify product barcodes using RF scanners.
• Read and interpret scanner data, computer screens, or order paperwork to fulfill product picks.
• Pick products accurately and place them in totes, pallets, or order pickers.
• Induct products into the sortation process as required.
• Assemble and supply boxes, tape, and apply appropriate shipping labels.
• Load and unload trucks manually or using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment.
• Follow all standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Perform cross-training in various warehouse and fulfillment processes.
• Assist with inventory control and perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.

Requirements

• Cherry Picker and Reach Truck experience required.
• Ability to operate PIT and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all warehouse operations.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to cross-train and assist in multiple departments.
