The Role

Were seeking a Full Stack Developer to help evolve our digital ecosystem making our systems smarter, our store faster, and our customer experience even better. In this role, youll support Wondercides digital infrastructure by developing, maintaining, and enhancing our technology stack across eCommerce, fulfillment, and internal systems. Youll build scalable, efficient, and reliable solutions that strengthen operational performance and elevate the customer experience from click to doorstep. This position is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and technology someone with strong technical skills, a natural curiosity for problem-solving, and a collaborative spirit to partner closely with our Marketing, Creative, Fulfillment, and IT teams.
Core Responsibilities
1. Build and maintain custom Shopify solutions
Develop and refine custom storefront features, apps, and integrations that power our Shopify Plus experience. Youll make the site faster, smarter, and more flexible always with a mobile-first mindset. Goals include: Site speed <200ms TTFB, multi-variant catalog, subscription/loyalty integrations, robust promo engine, data pipelines to finance/ops, experimentation at scale.
2. Connect systems and streamline operations
Integrate Shopify with internal tools (ERP, CRM, fulfillment, marketing, etc.) to keep data flowing cleanly across departments. Identify bottlenecks and engineer solutions that save time and reduce friction.
3. Solve problems and support the business
Be the go-to technical partner for cross-department requests and troubleshooting. Youll fix bugs, manage releases, and make sure the technology stack runs smoothly day to day.
4. Experiment, test, and improve
Run A/B tests, research new technologies, and push for better performance and conversion. Youll help shape how Wondercide grows through smart, data-informed development.
5. Enable data access and reporting
Build tools and queries that surface key business data from Shopify and other systems. Deliver clean, actionable reports for Marketing, Growth, and Operations to drive insight and decision-making.
