We're looking for a Head of B2B Integrated Marketing to lead strategy for our Digital Media B2B businesses. The leader of the integrated marketing function is a strategic role that ensures our B2B marketing efforts are coordinated and aligned to deliver a consistent, onbrand message to audiences across channels. As the Head of B2B Integrated Marketing, it is your responsibility to oversee marketing plans and sales priorities and translate that into marketing strategies that build awareness, create and progress pipeline and drive active use of our products.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $121,500 -- $265,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on jobrelated knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and shortterm incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Nonsales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and shortterm incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for longterm incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
