Learn more about us at Purpose Responsible for managing client relationships and contract delivery of outsourcing/facilities management to end user customers, ensuring service levels, customer satisfaction, and contract commitments within cost targets, leading to profit and revenue growth. The role varies according to the type: SBU - Oversees operations of a business unit with responsibilities including service delivery, sales, operations, IT, HR, facilities. Operations - Manages daily activities supporting a business unit or group in a non-manufacturing environment. Account Management - Partners with clients to provide solutions, resolve problems, and develop new business. Scope Adapts departmental plans to address resource and operational challenges. Requires in-depth knowledge and experience. Guided by policies, procedures, and business plans; receives guidance from a manager. Generally responsible for domestic operations. Primary Responsibilities The responsibilities depend on the role type: SBU Acts as the principal client contact, managing relationships to ensure satisfaction. Manages daily operations of the business unit(s). Holds profit and loss responsibility, overseeing planning, staffing, budgeting, and expense management. Develops budgets and manages projects/contracts to meet revenue and cost targets. Allocates resources to meet commitments. Ensures compliance with legal and client requirements. Operations Establishes objectives and delegates tasks to managers. Develops systems and services supporting Xerox and business needs. Responsible for timely, on-budget results. Implements new projects, policies, and procedures. Formulates operational procedures and monitors efficiency. Prepares reports and audits procedures. Ensures adherence to policies and legal regulations. Account Management Manages client engagement, including sales and marketing efforts. Partners during budget development and problem resolution. Maintains and enhances client relationships. Analyzes client needs and recommends additional services. Works with senior staff on new client programs/services. Analyzes workflows for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Provides updates to senior management.
