Overview

Human Resources Internship - Hilton Boston Park Plaza

Provides the Human Resources training/education and professional development managers with administrative and clerical support including word-processing, typing, emailing, filing, data-entry, faxing, copying, corresponding, answering telephones, processing mail, taking notes and/or dictation, making travel arrangements, and performing other general office duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clerical support to Human Resources training/education and professional development managers.
• Perform word-processing, typing, emailing, filing, data entry, faxing, copying, and correspondence tasks.
• Answer phones, process mail, take notes and/or dictate, and arrange travel.
• Perform other general office duties as needed.
