What This Position Requires:

• Manage full-cycle payroll accurately and on time using Gusto
• Maintain HR records and HRIS with precision
• Administer benefits programs , including enrollments, changes, and compliance
• Support employee relations , policies, and compliance initiatives
• Generate HR and payroll reports using Excel and HR software
• Draft professional communications to employees and leadership

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on HR experience , including payroll and benefits administration
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleanup)
• Proficiency in HRIS or payroll software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently , prioritize, and avoid errors
• Comfortable with basic tech tasks : Gmail, email formatting, document creation

Preferred Qualifications:

• SHRM or HRCI certification
• Experience in Arizona employment law and compliance
• Experience managing medium-sized teams

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Is detail-oriented and does not make repeated errors in basic tasks
• Can manage multiple HR processes without constant supervision
• Learns quickly and adapts to new software or tools
• Takes ownership of HR responsibilities and solves problems proactively

Salary:

$75,000–$85,000/year (based on experience)
