Overview As of September 3rd, a terrific law firm is seeking an outgoing professional to become a HR & Recruitment Coordinator in their New York office. This individual will be responsible for: Managing the firm’s internship program and interviewing process; scheduling events, communicating with law schools, and managing students. Liaising with professionals from search firms and law schools to discuss the firm’s needs and talent acquisition strategies. Creating and implementing recruitment initiatives, preparing reports and marketing materials, setting up interviews, and working on orientation. Overseeing staff, onboarding new hires, and mentoring to ensure maximum productivity. Planning staff events such as appreciation days, holiday parties, and outings, as well as wellness programs. Maintaining and updating personnel files. Assisting with daily office management such as handling building requests and attending safety meetings. Requirements Energetic and outgoing leader with a bachelor’s degree and at least four years of experience in a relevant field. Professional with initiative and great communication. Strong work ethic with fantastic interpersonal and multi-tasking skills. Skilled at motivating a team of people to maintain professionalism and efficiency.
