Job Description The HR Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for managing the full cycle recruiting process, coordinating onboarding activities, and supporting day-to-day HR administration. This role ensures smooth hiring processes, maintains employee records, and provides support to employees and managers. Responsibilities Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities, including posting job openings, source & screen candidates, conduct phone screens and coordinate with Hiring Managers to schedule interviews. Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and separating employees. Prepare and process HR-related documents such as offer letters, new hire paperwork, and employment verifications. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS and personnel files. Support employee engagement activities, training sessions, and HR initiatives. Provide general administrative support to the HR department. Preferred Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or a related role. Experience with HRIS (preferably Paycom) strongly preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems.
