With the relocation of their headquarters to the Phoenix metro area, they are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR professional to lead all human resources efforts.
Job Description:
This is a standalone HR leadership role for someone ready to take ownership of the entire human resources function. You'll handle everything from recruiting and onboarding to payroll and compliance, while helping to build and influence the company culture in a new headquarters environment. The ideal candidate is a generalist with multi-state experience and the ability to wear many hats as the company continues to scale.
