Job Description

Relate Search has partnered with a nationally recognized industrial organization seeking a Human Resources Manager to support its local leadership team and workforce. This role is responsible for delivering full-spectrum HR leadership, including employee relations, compliance, succession planning, and talent development. The Human Resources Manager will play a key role in fostering a values-driven culture focused on Integrity, Respect, Innovation, and Teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Provide HR guidance to local leaders on talent planning, employee development, and performance management.
• Analyze HR trends and recommend strategies to enhance workforce engagement and retention.
• Resolve complex employee relations matters with professionalism and objectivity.
• Ensure legal compliance across employee programs and maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws.
• Support day-to-day HR operations including benefits, leave programs, and Workday processes.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience handling complex employee relations in an HR generalist or manager capacity.
• Strong working knowledge of employment law, performance management, and organizational development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms such as Workday.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
