Job Title: IBM BPM Developer Location: Bangalore / Pune (Work from Office) Experience Required: 5+ Years Job Role: We are looking for a highly skilled IBM BPM Developer with strong hands-on experience in IBM BPM, FileNet, and BAW Case Manager. The ideal candidate will also have experience in infrastructure administration, cloud-native workflow migration, and Linux-based environments. This role involves designing scalable workflow solutions, driving modernization initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain solutions using IBM BPM, FileNet, and BAW Case Manager Manage infrastructure and administration of IBM BPM/BAW environments Design and execute migration strategies to modern cloud-native workflow platforms Define architecture for scalable and secure workflow systems using public cloud technologies Support data transformation and migration with a focus on integrity and availability Implement CI/CD pipelines and follow best practices in a cloud environment Troubleshoot issues in IBM BPM/FileNet/BAW and perform root cause analysis Collaborate with IT, Ops, and Business teams for workflow optimization Maintain up-to-date documentation and follow industry trends Mandatory Technical Skills: 5+ years of experience in IBM BPM, FileNet, and BAW Case Manager Strong administration knowledge of IBM BPM/BAW infrastructure Linux server (RHEL 8/9) and virtualization (VM) hands-on experience Experience with cloud technologies, microservices, and API security Nice to Have: Mainframe system knowledge Openshift and basic AWS exposure (preferred) Good understanding of ServiceNow (Incident, Change, Problem Management) Experience handling security vulnerabilities in infrastructure Familiarity with upgrades of BPM/FileNet/BAW on Linux Vendor coordination experience Soft Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management Ability to work independently and drive outcomes Excellent troubleshooting and team collaboration skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Trigent Software Inc
