Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair a variety of household appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, stoves, and microwaves.
• Troubleshoot issues using technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
• Replace worn or defective parts.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and addressing concerns.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of appliance repair experience required.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.

Experience:

• Appliance repair/ or other mechanical: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• EPA Type 1 Certification (Required)
• Driver's License (Required)

Work Location: In person

Pay: $70,000-$90,000 per year

Expected hours: 45 hours per week
