Aspire Caregiving is looking for dedicated and compassionate In-Home Caregivers to join our team in Jackson and Josephine County, OR. Whether you are looking for weekend, weekday, or part-time hours, we have flexible shifts to fit your schedule. Full-time opportunities are also available for those who are ready to make caregiving a full-time career.

Responsibilities :

• Housekeeping: Keep clients’ homes clean and organized.
• Meal Preparation: Cook nutritious meals that meet client preferences and dietary needs.
• Errands: Assist clients with grocery shopping, appointments, and other errands.
• Personal Care: Aid clients with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Companionship: Provide emotional support and meaningful conversation to clients.
• Pet Care: Help with feeding, walking, and other pet care needs when applicable.

Requirements :

• Over 18 years old.
• Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Vehicle with Active Auto Insurance.
• Must communicate effectively in English.
• Genuine Care for clients: Empathy and compassion are a must.
• Dependable & Reliable: We need individuals who can consistently show up for their shifts.
• Clean Personal Hygiene: Maintain a professional and respectful appearance.
• Willing to Learn: Training is provided, so no professional experience necessary.
• Pass a Background Check, Drug Test, and Assessment.

• Submit your caregiver resume and complete the prescreening questions.
• Expect a call from us within the week to schedule an interview.

• Attend the training assessment at our Medford office, available on either Tuesday or Thursday, 9AM to 5PM.

• Note: You must successfully pass a background check, drug test, and assessment before starting.
