What You'll Do as a Home Instead Caregiver: - Provide 1:1 care, including assistance with ADLs (bathing, toileting, dressing, mobility, meal prep, companionship, and medication reminders)
- Assist with transportation, errands, and appointments using your own reliable vehicle
- Build strong relationships with ongoing clients-build trust over time, make a cup of tea, go on walks, and brighten someone's day every shift
- Enjoy flexible scheduling with 4-hour shift minimums (Choose morning, afternoon, evening, or weekend shifts dependent on what is available)
- Receive 24/7 on-call support and work with a nurse-directed clinical team that values and rewards your skills
Who We're Looking For: We welcome
experienced caregivers and those new to the field! Whether you're a
family caregiver, PCA, LNA, CNA, or HHA, we provide
1-day paid training to help you get started.
- Must live within 20 miles of EXETER, NH
- Ability to commit to at least 20 hours per week
- Current & valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
- Must pass criminal & motor vehicle background checks
- Provide care according to Home Instead's quality standards
Locations & Shifts Available: We match you with clients
within 20 miles of your home so you can work in your own community! Now hiring in
Dover, Portsmouth, Somersworth, Exeter, Rye, Hampton, Seabrook, NH areas. Daytime shifts range between
7 AM - 9 PM, any day of the week. Priority shifts available:
- 11:30am-4:30pm Monday-Sunday in Exeter NH
- 8am-12pm and 1pm-5pm shifts are extremely popular!
- Monday-Friday: Range of availability between 8AM - 5PM
- Weekends: Range of availability between 8AM - 5PM
PAY:
- PCA pay rate: $19/wkday, $21/wkend
- LNA pay rate: $21/wkday, $23/wkend
- Part-time: at least 20-hours/week commitment
- Full-time: 40-hours/weekly available!
- Overtime pay for 40+ hours & holiday pay
- Can you also pick up a Sat or Sun shift? Enjoy +$2 Weekend Pay!
