What You'll Do:

• Conduct professional outbound calls to identify potential insurance customers
• Qualify prospects through effective questioning and needs assessment techniques
• Transfer only genuinely interested, qualified leads to our insurance agent partners
• Ensure smooth, professional handoffs that position both the prospect and agent for success
• Maintain exceptional transfer quality standards that maximize conversion opportunities
• Document lead information accurately in our CRM system
• Meet or exceed daily live transfer metrics while maintaining quality standards

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent; insurance industry knowledge or experience a plus
• Previous telemarketing, call center, or customer service experience preferred
• Natural phone presence with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust
• Strong listening skills to effectively identify qualified insurance prospects
• Resilient, positive attitude with the ability to maintain energy throughout the day
• Basic understanding of insurance products and customer needs
• Reliable technology setup for remote work with excellent internet connection
• Results-driven mindset with ability to meet performance metrics
