Job Description

This client is seeking a highly motivated and mature Investment Banking Associate to join a cross-border team focused on Technology Services . This role involves close collaboration between the U.S. and India offices and requires strong financial modeling skills, client-facing experience, and the ability to represent the U.S. business at industry conferences and client meetings. This role can sit remote. Key Responsibilities

• Support cross-border M&A advisory services , working closely with global teams.
• Conduct industry and company research , prepare pitch materials, and assist in deal origination.
• Develop and maintain financial models and provide analytical support for transactions.
• Serve as the primary relationship contact for U.S.-based clients, prospects, and intermediaries.
• Coordinate deliverables for U.S. clients and ensure quality across all written materials.
• Draft pitch books, information memoranda, investor presentations, and term sheets .
• Perform due diligence , market analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
• Work across products to support deal execution and origination.

• Strong understanding of financial concepts , particularly M&A.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks , manage multiple engagements, and adapt to changing assignments.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint .
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication skills .
• High attention to detail and ability to work effectively with senior professionals.
• Prior experience in investment banking or related financial services .
