The team is seeking a Senior Associate to join their dynamic team in NY. You will collaborate closely with senior bankers and clients, gaining significant responsibility and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute M&A transactions from start to finish, including financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and client presentations.
• Manage day-to-day deal processes and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, providing strategic insights and transaction support.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the platform.

Qualifications:

• Extensive M&A experience with a proven track record of closed transactions (technology sector experience strongly preferred).
• 3-5+ years of investment banking experience at a reputable firm.
• Strong technical skills in financial modeling and valuation.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a lean team environment and take ownership of complex projects.
