Private Family in Miami Beach, FL a Housekeeper


Position: Full-Time Live-In Housekeeper

Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 7:00 AM-7:00 PM | Saturday, 9:00 AM-7:00 PM

Salary: $1,200 per week ( after taxes)

Start Date: ASAP

Relocation: No - local candidates only

About the Family


A private family located in Miami Beach, FL is seeking a reliable, organized, and experienced Housekeeper to support both childcare and household operations. The family has experienced several staffing transitions over the past year and is eager to find a stable, long-term professional who can bring consistency, structure, and organization to their home.


Children: Three children, ages 12, 11, and 8


Home Size: Approximately 4,000 sq. ft. residence


Pets: None


Household Staff:

• Full-time babysitter who assists with driving and after school homework.
• Deep cleaner who comes two days per week

Responsibilities

• Supervise 3 kidsa fter school ( they have a nanny)
• driving to activities and appointments when the mom travels (car provided)
• Maintain daily routines and structure, especially when parents are away
• Full household organization, including closets, cabinets, and common areas
• Light daily cleaning and upkeep to maintain order
• Laundry management with a strong focus on ironing (husband's shirts and uniforms one full day per week)
• Coordinate with the deep cleaner and step in to deep clean when the cleaner is unavailable
• Ensure smooth day-to-day household operations and anticipate family needs

They are organized, reliable, calm under pressure, and able to take initiative without constant direction. Strong communication skills and a flexible mindset are essential. Requirements

• Prior experience as a Nanny, Household Manager, or similar role in a private household
• Excellent references
• Legal to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Comfortable driving children regularly
• Local candidate required; must go home on your days off (no overnight stays on days off)
