Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a local contract Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) for a local contract job in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 10/27/2025 Duration: 26 weeks 30 hours per week Shift: 6 hours, days Employment Type: Local Contract Requirements: 1 year of independent BCBA experience preferred Must hold an active BCBA certification Must be licensed in Virginia as an LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) or eligible to obtain it before start Must be Medicaid approved Job Details: 13 or 26 week contract - can be discussed in interview Shift: 30 hours a week - 15 clients × 2 hours/client each week (1.5 hours visit, .5 hours admin time) First visit must be in person – all other visits are telehealth Coverage area: Primarily Virginia Beach, with possible virtual support for Norfolk, Chesapeake, and Portsmouth if needed Therapists are expected to use their own laptops and phones for HIPAA-compliant communication and documentation Patient population: Kids/Adolescents About Sunbelt Staffing What you do is so much more than a job.
