Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring production efficiency, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a strong background in process manufacturing and tool design, as well as hands-on experience in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Develop and implement process improvements using Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Create and review tool designs to support efficient production operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues related to equipment and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on production goals and standards.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for non-conformance resolution.
• Manage projects related to manufacturing process development and efficiency improvements.
• Conduct training for production staff on new processes and technologies.
• Utilize 3D Solid Modeling software, such as Solid Works, for design and simulation purposes.
• Document processes and maintain records in compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of process manufacturing and tool design principles.
• Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics systems.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing techniques and principles.
• Proven track record in manufacturing process development and production efficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and troubleshooting ability.
• Strong project management skills and experience leading projects in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and 3D Solid Modeling software.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
