We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team in New Orleans, Louisiana. This short-term contract to permanent position is ideal for recent graduates with a business degree, particularly in international marketing or business administration, who are eager to grow their careers in a global events and marketing environment. You will play a pivotal role in supporting marketing initiatives, engaging with clients, and contributing to the success of our international campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of global event marketing strategies, ensuring all activities align with organizational goals.

• Create, manage, and monitor email campaigns to effectively engage target audiences.

• Support the planning and coordination of events, including logistics and on-site assistance.

• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement direct marketing campaigns that drive results.

• Manage social media platforms by creating content, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement metrics.

• Maintain strong communication with clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service.

• Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing performance to identify areas for improvement.

• Conduct research on industry trends to support the development of innovative marketing strategies.

• Ensure timely follow-up on client interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.

• Work closely with team members to meet deadlines and achieve project objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with a preference for international marketing or business administration.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn, adapt, and follow directives.
• Commitment to long-term growth within the organization, with a minimum of three years.
• Familiarity with email campaigns, social media, and other marketing tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while achieving individual responsibilities.
