Key Responsibilities:

• Represent institutional lenders and corporate borrowers in commercial bank loans, alternative lender deals, and term loan transactions.

• Draft and negotiate credit agreements, security documents, and finance-related instruments.

• Advise on deal structure, compliance, and execution in complex financing matters.

• Support cross-border matters involving Latin America and other global markets.

• Collaborate closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to drive successful closings.

• Contribute to client development and manage junior attorneys where applicable.

Qualifications:

• 2–8 years of experience as a finance attorney in private practice.

• JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.

• Admission to the New York State Bar (or eligible for prompt admission).

• Significant experience in commercial lending and institutional term loan work.

• Proven ability to lead transactions and interface directly with clients.

• Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Capable of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
