ABOUT THE COMPANY:

AN OPPORTUNITY TO GROW WITH US! We are SERVPRO Montrose/Telluride, seeking an individual for the MITIGATION (FIRE/WATER/MOLD) CREW SUPERVISOR position. Basic computer skills, supervisory experience, and mitigation knowledge are preferred. Our services include property damage clean-up and restoration for water, fire, vandalism, and trauma scenes. We aim to help clients recover after catastrophic events and are looking for a passionate, growth-oriented team member.

JOB OVERVIEW:

Crew Supervisors lead teams to provide emergency clean-up, dry-out, and repair services. They supervise and direct team members, install drying equipment, and monitor moisture levels. Work hours are typically 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday, with potential overtime and emergency on-call duties.

PERSONAL QUALITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Must be dependable, communicate effectively, work well in a team, and have a genuine desire to succeed and grow. Responsibilities include managing projects, ensuring quality, documenting work, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Commit to 40+ hours/week, including after-hours and weekends as needed High School Diploma or GED (preferred) Experience in water damage mitigation and restoration IICRC WRT Certification (training provided if needed) Own transportation and pass background checks Good communication skills in English

PAY RANGE & APPLICATION:
