About the position:
We are seeking a Director – Non-Financial Risk Management to lead ING’s efforts in identifying, assessing, and mitigating non-financial risks, ensuring compliance with Federal Reserve (Fed) and New York Department of Financial Services (NYDFS) regulations. This role requires a strategic, detail-oriented leader who can work independently while fostering strong teamwork and collaboration across departments.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing ING’s non-financial risk management ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Experience working in FBO (Foreign Bank Office) is key.

About the department:
In today’s fast-paced and ever evolving world, risk extends beyond financial factors. Our Non-Financial Risk department plays a critical role in supporting the 1st LoD in assessing, managing, and mitigating risks by our 2nd LoD role in advising, monitoring and challenging.
As part of our team, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional experts and develop forward thinking risk strategies that drive our business forward while upholding the highest ethical and regulatory standards. Qualifications and Competencies
Base Salary Range - $215K - $275K
