Compensation Details:

The pay range for these positions upon hiring is expected to be between $37.50/hour and $40.00/hour for LVNs, and $45.00/hour to $50.00/hour for RNs. However, the base pay offered may vary based on several factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.

The total compensation package may also include additional elements, such as a comprehensive range of medical, financial, and other benefits-like 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits (vacation, sick time, and parental leave)-depending on the position offered. Details regarding these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, the employee will be in an "at-will" position, and the Company reserves the right to modify the base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time. This may be due to reasons related to individual performance, department or Company performance, and market factors.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• An active California Registered Nursing or Vocational Nursing License in good standing
• At least 2 years of acute care or managed care experience
• Inpatient and / or outpatient case management experience
