Your Responsibilities

As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide outpatient rehabilitation services primarily in the homes of older adults. Your role will include:

• Evaluating and treating patients in their most functional environment.
• Organizing and conducting occupational therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation.
• Supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants and support personnel as needed.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Providing education and training on adaptive devices and techniques.
• Maintaining a safe environment and ensuring high-quality patient service.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
• Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• A valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license in your state of practice.
• A valid driver's license or reliable transportation to and from patient residences.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of USD $55.00 - USD $62.00 per hour .
