The Operations Data Aggregation & Mitigation Senior compiles information to help make decisions regarding military strategy. Responsibilities will include researching and modeling military systems performance and operations; developing analytical methods and tools to facilitate analyses; executing trade studies; performing data analytics & statistical analysis; and developing effective presentations that succinctly communicate results and findings. Coordinate due diligence, data aggregation & mitigation support with the DoD, the IC, industry, and academia Able to conduct AI/ML and data propagation for research and analysis Provides advanced analytical and technical support to projects involving training, tactical/operational documentation, military systems design, or other efforts requiring military operations expertise. Researches, identifies, and makes recommendations about resources required for task execution and completion. Gathers, processes, and analyzes operational data. Assists with the testing and development of new systems or updates to existing systems to meet client needs. Identifies and recommends emergent relevant technologies that may result in improvements to current processes. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas. Writes and updates project documentation including system procedures, presentations, and training materials. Advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations involved in supporting military operations. Advanced knowledge of relevant technology and equipment. Specific certifications or military education/training may be required, depending on job assignment. Works independently under limited supervision. 6+ years of experience WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required Experience : 6+ years of related experience either Military or Civilian Equivalent Security Clearance Level: Active TS/SCI clearance Required Skills and Abilities: Leadership Experience Special Operations Experience Location: On Customer Site – Tampa, FL GDIT IS YOUR PLACE: Mission and People focused company. 401K with company match. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
